Pregnancy
Finding out you’re pregnant can be one of the most exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—seasons of your life. As your body begins to change and your baby grows, it’s natural to start thinking about how to prepare for birth and the transition into motherhood.
At Peaceful Beginnings Chiropractic, our goal is to support you through this season with care that is both intentional and grounded. As Webster Technique–certified providers, we focus on helping your body stay balanced, comfortable, and supported throughout pregnancy.
Our approach combines gentle chiropractic care with hands-on support—like ChiroStretch, soft tissue work, and mobility-focused care—to help your body adapt, release tension, and prepare for birth in a more natural way.
Because when your body is supported well, you can move through pregnancy feeling more connected, more comfortable, and more prepared.

Birth is a powerful, physically and emotionally intense experience—one that asks more of your body than most people realize.
Even when everything goes smoothly, it places significant stress on your spine, pelvis, and soft tissues. Then almost overnight, your body shifts again—while you step into the physical demands of caring for your baby.
It’s no surprise the fourth trimester can feel overwhelming.
At Peaceful Beginnings Chiropractic, we support you through this season of recovery with intentional, hands-on care designed to help your body adapt, heal, and reconnect. Because you’re doing a lot—and you deserve to feel supported, too.
Postpartum care may support:

Pelvic floor and overall recovery
Core healing (including diastasis recti)
Breastfeeding comfort and positioning
Spinal and pelvic alignment
Relief from everyday aches and tension
Nervous system regulation and emotional well-being
More restful, comfortable sleep

My experience with Dr. Paul and Dr. Alex has been great...I came in at the beginning of my last trimester and Dr. Paul set me on a plan for adjustments and getting my pelvis aligned and prepared for a natural home birth. My husband and I also met with Dr. Alex early on for exercises to practice at home and during labor. On the big day, I labored for 11 hours and pushed for 8 minutes. I’m certain that the work we did with Dr. Paul had a big impact on the time I spent in labor...
They really are great people who will treat you like part of the family!
